 “Shrine of my Vanity”

Galleri Hlemmur opens an exhibition of new work by Hrafnhildur Arnardóttir on Thursday November 21st  entitled ”Shrine of my Vanity” .  

The Focus of the exhibition is the socalled IVD (intensive vanity disorder) that has become more and more common among people 

living in western society.  This phenomena comes in many shapes and sizes but in the exhibition the artist investigates a more 

personal side to it.

Hrafnhildur graduated with a MFA from School of Visual Arts in New York in 1996.

Opening reception Thursday November 21st 8-10 pm. 

The show runs until Desember 8th. 

Gallerí Hlemmur is open Wednesday through Sunday 2-6 pm.
